Conditions

  • For a Saturday booking, all children must leave the club by 10pm;
  • It is the responsibility of the person who made the booking to ensure that there is no underage drinking;
  • All children must stay in the function hall at all times;
  • Banners, balloons etc. must NOT be hung on the walls and confetti must NOT be used under any circumstance;
  • The hall/lounge and kitchen must be cleared of rubbish at the end of the function and all tableware and decorations must be packed up for collection before 11am the next morning.; failure to do so will incur a charge;

Once this application has been approved, you will be notified in writing and a £100 deposit (which is fully refundable) is required upon confirmation of your booking.

For baby showers, gender reveals, christening and communion parties, there is a non-refundable £50 charge for the hire of the lounge.
